Probably drastically lower standards for adoption, also you get the kid out of it's native country and the chances of it's uneducated and indigent parents affording international custody lawyers is pretty remote.

Middle class white america likes to help poor people from other nations. Take that exact person to the projects/trailer parks of the inner cities and they will say the place is lost even though its an hour from their home.

That's what I also think. Canada sent 113Million$ to them. But I still pay 50% taxes on my income.

Apparently is costs like $60,000 to adopt a kid in America. I dont understand why a kid nobody wants would cost so much $:-\$

Did you notice that when it said "istan" it showed a map of Kazakhstan, which does not end in -istan. Narrow that down to -stan and we are golden.
