no matter what hes always your father......and mine is a dumbass sometimes...most the time......but how hard is it to pick up a phone call and say WHAT DO YOU WANT...or meet up....ya time is money, but maybe it could go well...and if u said u dnt care...if it goes bad...u dont care anyway

Don't think you're a "bad son" and I can see why you wouldn't go meet them, but shit I would have.

Maybe he was trying to make up for being a shitbag, you could have used that for entertainment, called him out on it, and never would have been bothered by him again.

Or you could have milked him for money.  Think of it as payment for "emotional trauma."

Or you could have fucked his new wife.
