i think this might be it.  if you look at the front of the home to the right of the garage, you see a window, thats actually all garage space.   its a 3 car garage without the 3rd garage door.

i grew up not far from there, crazy to see how many more houses are there now. the corner of welegra and elverta was nothing but a bel air market and fields on all other corners when i moved. last time i was there it was crazy with all the shit they put in. oh and PFE rd used to be way out in the booneys but it seems like its pretty close to houses and shit now.

every house i made offers on last summer i made offer higher then asking, mostsold for more.   the one i finally end up getting appraised 10k lower then my offer, so they had to sell it to me for that or relist it and sell it to someone that wasent going FHA.  the sold to me

i've never seen a bank or credit union that will give a loan without insurance no matter how much down payment. but maybe i guess he'll still prob need insurance

My dad taught me also to factor in your taxes each month with your mortage so you have a savings account set up for it. Factor in the roughly 300 each month into your mortage since basically thats what it is. Still a fair deal for a family.

The home that I'm renting right now, with all said and done I pay $1500/mo. I'm stable and still have food on the table. Mort at 900 and we will be paying property tax into our monthly payment. We are still trying to qualify for the first time homeowner tax credit which is 8k.
