all the WRC events are on cable for me.  i catch them on the weekends, like sat morning when there isnt' anything decent on.  comcast service and the HD Theater channel.  I watched the mexico event before i saw this and there was no mention of him, just the guys at the top in their expensive cars and factory backed teams and whoever wrecks bad might get a 10 second slot in the program.  during the 2010 opener (think it was switzerland, an ice rally) one of the teams changed the ENTIRE suspension on a car in the service period that was less than an hour.  it was either 30 or 45 min, i can't remember but the driver was complaining something was off so they just changed it all.  this guy was more worried about the music than his car, which again is badass as hell
