cut down stocker that wasn't balanced or was so thin it cracked is my guess.

The diff (missing!) is what saved the interior of the car. Blew that whole chuck right off! Notice it also took out the rear main seal plate.....

see why my first cut down stock was stepped and balanced

i don't have a lathe and a balance to do it myself so the money to do a stock one isn't worth the safety issue involved when you just buy an aftermarket one
