I just tuned in to adult swim...  I had to check their website to see what that hell this is.  It only says "Special Presentation."

My roommate loves that movie.  The story behind how it was made is pretty cool.  That main actor whos from Louisiana or some shit is a genuine "Cajun: hence his shit accent.  He produced, starred in, directed, and funded the whole movie.  Its a great watch when stoned.

at work today (i drive transit for the city of blacksburg) i called in a 10-83, student ID to base on the radio.  that 10 code means that i am looking for an item that a passenger lost.  when base asked for the name on the ID, i told him Engelbert Humperdinck and spelled the last name for him.  the guy working dispatch, who i am decent friends with, waited about 10 seconds before he said that they had that item and that the passenger could come pick it up anytime during business hours. 

i immediatley got a text from one of my supervisors telling me 'not funny'.  turns out he was a fan.

They showed it because it's a really shitty movie that became a "cult classic."

The director/writer/etc claims it was supposed to be a dark comedy, but one of his actors said he's full of shit.
