i get back pain if i sleep on my back.  bad enough it will wake me up and i'll roll on my side.  if i wake up in the morning from sleeping on my back, my back is sore for  the better part of the day.  a couple advil usually works though.

I get the same here.  I chalk it up to old age and needing more working out of my core muscles.

i got three crushed disks in my lower back and the pain flairs up once in a while and when it does its even hard to breath the pain is so bad

Everyday I crack the shit out of my back just to mak eit feel better, I have a tempurpedic bed and that BULLSHIT about it HELPING YOUR BACK IS BULLSHIT, fuck that, this thing hurts the fuck out of my back, it sags like a mofo because the majority of my weight is near my hips due to my abnormally large asian/white penis, ask Stealthmodes wife, she know da bidnizz 


My neck fucking hurts sometimes, i crack it daily, sometimes when i crack my neck i feel a tingle in my fingers, usually my thumb.  That cant be good, anyone know why?  Am i pinching a nerve when i crack my neck?
