Nope.  Guy wouldn't budge a single dollar off of his $20k asking price.  I am buying a Yamaha race bike to fill the void.  Used to belong to some guy named Aaron Gobert.  Heard he is a pretty fast racer   Guess that still makes me a yuppie, but it will be pretty competitive in the classes I want to run next year.  It will not be the bike that holds me back.

Wasn't nearly as expensive, and comes with as many spares as the Kawi did, as well as tire warmers, EZ-Up canopy, spare wheels, 2 sets of brand new rain tires, pitbull trailer restraint system, stands, fuel jugs, wheel chocks, etc etc etc.
