certain counties prosecute differently, as for alameda county they dont prosecute 2 years and under, so if youre 18 you can bang a 16 year old and the DA wont prosecute, or if youre 19 and bang a 17 year old youre still good, but if yorue 20 and bang a 17 you goto jail.
