fedor's great but hasn't fought top level fighters in a long time. he fights against a mid level fighter and gets beat...sad but oh well

Werdum is not mid level.  He was going to win if the fight stayed down on the ground.  Had they not been so close to the cage when Werdum spun on his back Fedor would have been swept and mounted.  The fence saved him and gave him a third chance, the second being the first armbar escape.  He was lucky for only so long.
