It's usually more moist. For some reason mine came out a little dry, but it was still about the same as an oven turkey.

I deep fryer a turkey again this year, and it was the best one yet! Rubbing all the herbs under the skin and using dried habanero, butter and garlic in the injector and pumped a bunch in the meat made it supper tasty this year!

The ham was better than the turkey though this year.
My mom's been buying real smoked ham's the last couple years and they don't compare to the store bought pumped full of salt water ham's.
I didn't think to get a pic though
