Levi: The syncro rings are EXACTLY what i thought... and are doing that excactly whyt we talked about. The 1st gear issue is a sure sign you need to start thinking about looking at them. HARD launch in 1st gear is Y.
side getting eaten is getting hammered against the selector hub... after a while, it can actually work its way UNDER the lobes of the hub and CRACK IT (The hub)... Ask me how I know. LOL
The reverse gear... Looks like its hitting something, not sure of a B trannys orientztion and what it could be.
As fort he shim... I wasnt aware you were talking about it being for the endcase/input shaft. As long as the oil trough fits still and flow isnt impeded that will work... Thats why those shims have the section cut out, so that the oil can get to the end.
Bay looks really good, gonna be clean this yrae. Cant wait to see the cage IF you get it all done in time
