Definitely winning... in theory.  What's going to happen is a few cops are going to be shot and killed during lawful entries and this will be overturned in the interest of safety (security) over freedom.  On the positive side police are guaranteed video and audio recording so there will always be evidence of lawful and unlawful entry given that the home isn't in an apartment building.  Police will avoid ghetto ass apartments out of fear due to the lack of audio and video evidence and crazy shit will go down.

A guy in french canadia did that a couple years back and got off with nothing, killed at least one LEO if I remember correctly.  I thought in most states there were fairly liberal self defense laws, not necessarily "shoot first ask questions later" but mostly favourable to the person defending.

I guess it would come down to how they define an "intruder", if it was anyone that the homeowner viewed as a threat or only if the cops didn't identify themselves properly as five-oh.
