around 10K.

I am going to drive it tonight to see what it's about. I want a stockish driving car , no wacky clutches. Something I can DD and track for fun.

There is a 2000 SIR for sale that is mint, but it's got a welded in cage (backhalf) and no rear interior. Dood wants $9500 for it.

Above picture taken October 2008
- No Winters - this car is in excellent shape!
- One owner only (I Purchased the Car New from Dow Honda)
- Approx. 72,000 km
- No Accidents
- No Swaps - All Original
- Clean & Clear Title
- Alarm w/Keyless Entry
- Most Original Parts are Included

Suspension
- TEIN HA Coilovers

- SKUNK2 Front Upper Control Arms
- INGALLS Rear Camber Kit
- Corner Weighted and Aligned by AutoImport at a cost of nearly $500

Under the Hood
- AEM Cold Air Intake
- ENERGY SUSPENSION Motor Mount Inserts
- MOROSO Baffled Oil Pan with Additional Capacity
- GREDDY Oil Catch Can

Body
- ITR Style Rear Wing
- Spare Hood with Sparco Hood Pins (original hood included - no marks/dings)
- Trailer Hitch (never used but would be great for a small trailer to tow track tires etc. - that was the intention)
- Sunroof Deleted - Replaced with CARBON FIBRE Panel (note this is a permanent modification)
- OEM front lip (not pictured - just easier to get on and off of the trailer without it on the car)

Inside (some items not as pictured - please read)
- SPARCO Sprint driver's seat with Sparco Slider and Base
- OEM passenger seat
- LEAF 3" camlock harnesses in black (5 point driver, 4 point passenger)
- SPARCO Aluminum Pedals
- SPARCO 330mm Wheel (original wheel w/air bag included)
- APEX'I VAFC air/fuel & VTEC controller (doubles as a great digital tachometer)
- Custom ROLL BAR by Jeff Graves/GTFAB (basically half of a roll cage to be completed at a later date – see pictures)
- I/O PORT Video Camera Mount
- Billet Aluminum Short Throw Shifter
- ENERGY SUSPENSION Shifter Bushings

Brakes (fresh pads all around last summer - used for 2-3 events only)
- POWER SLOT Front Rotors
- HAWK "Blue" Front Pads
- HAWK HP+ Rear Pads

Wheels
- 17" Gold Painted KOSEI K1 Wheels w/RT-615 Azenis Tires 215/40-17 (no rubbing!!)

- MCGARD black lug nuts (nice durable finish!)

Exhaust
- SKUNK2 Test Pipe (original converter included - simply bolt it back in place)
- Custom Stainless Steel Under Axle Rear Section by TAPP AUTO

Note that the following items are pictured but are NOT INCLUDED - they are being moved over to my "race" car:

- SPARCO EVO3 Seat and SPARCO Harnesses (seats included as per above)

The car runs really strong and has never consumed oil. This engine dyno'd at 151.3whp with the catalytic converter in place. I get compliments on this car at virtually any track day as it is so clean and stock looking. The fact that the car is so stock is what also makes it reliable.

I last drove the car on the street in 2007 with the roll bar but I since purchased a truck and a trailer so I took it out to Calabogie and Mosport this past summer but did not drive it there. To put it back on the road you would probably need to re-install the catalytic converter, the stock seats and belts as well as the steering wheel with airbag - all of which will come with the car. A/C, power steering are all in place and OK as they have never been altered.

Located in Ottawa area - local delivery included.

I have started to work on a race car project hence my reason for selling. No items will be parted from the car. I reserve the right to end or change the details of this listing at any time without reason.

I think I am too old and crusty to drive a caged car on the street. It just seems homo as a daily.

I came close to buying a TL - Type S last week.  1 owner, all service records and the dealer wants $12.8 for the car. My issue is that they have a $900 Doc fee and aren't willing to budge off the price. (they have had it 3 mos)

I looked at a CL- Type S last night. Again 1 owner, gray , auto , with 160,000 kms for $12.9 ..too much money. Nice car, but what threw me is that it was wearing Snow tires still.

How is the CL on gas?

I'm in for one of the newer Mazda piston offerings, manual transmission only.  They are nasty cheap and about as reliable as a Honda used to be.

Mazda3 is what the Civic was in the 90's, except the Speed3 doesn't suck like the Si.

I drove the 04 Black K20 car last night.

Doesn’t include this, doesn’t include that…this is extra, that is extra…have to hold down the AC button, the defrost and hit a switch to get the AC to come on.

And if that’s 220WHP it’s the weakest 220 I have ever driven. My caprice wagon with 120,000 Miles would eat it on the highway.

Had a repaint that I could spot 10 Ft Away, lots of orange peel.

Really disappointed.

Going to look at 2 SIR's tonight. One is stock , one has a B18C swap in it.

I emailed about 4 of them. 2 of the cars needed work , had rebuilt titles and some "Ching Chong" mods. Who really thinks Recaro Knock off seats  or 'Bride" knock off seats are cool.

Car shopping makes me want to shove a pinecone in my ass.

I should buy a 4cyl Camry

I have a car that looks like that, but it has a d16y8 and black steel wheels. Paid under $3000 for it. Stock everything including tape deck.

JD is absolutely right about all of it.

Mom's not so heavy these days now that the cancer's kicking in, she is slow and smells bad though.

Your car still sucks.

Welcome to riceboy cars.

Seriously, dont buy those pieces of shit.  Buy something that is stock and leave it that way, buy something that police wont fuck with you in, and you can't really fuck around in or drive all stupid.  It'll save you money in the end.

I have all the shit for a b20 vtec I just can't bring myself to do all that work for something I want to get rid of, especially if all that work + money can't be added to the selling price.

A daily should be something that you can liquidate easily after you buy it, i.e. something you can easily restore to stock for cheap.

That's an idealization though, people always want stupid creature comforts.

The main reason I bought it is becasue he has done exactly what i would do. Bone stock motor with all the suspension work. He has all the service records for it, changes the oil every 2500 miles with Synthetic, runs motul and was really meteculous about the car.  I needed something a wee bit fun, I couldn't stand the thought of something mundane.  I work  20 minutes from Mosport, 1 hr from Shannonville and there is a lot of autocrossing in the area.

I will leave the motor stock and just pound in it. Probably replace the car in 2 years after I get my house.

The guy even said the right side windshield sprayer nozzle didn't spray a proper pattern, but he has the new one from honda.  OCD like a mofo is exactly what I want in a car owner.

My only issue with it is that it sits too low in the front and needs a front bumper cover (cracked on the bottom)

I looked at so many rice wagons with ebay air intakes, chipped ECU's on stock motors with shitty tunes.. mixed and matched tires, 1 kind of suspension upfront, another in I can't stand that shit.
