You need at least 10 psi to turn you out.

You only want 7-8psi, but you bought pieces for a 20psi setup.

What I see that is wrong.

-Downpipe, unless you buy the exact same manifold and turbo size it was designed for it will not fit.

-Bypass valve, why? You are going to chip your ECU anyway, its not an option.

-255 fuel pump, the stock one will do the job on dd at 7psi.

When you do a cheap turbo kit, you look for cheap pieces. Only parts that worth money is turbo, wastegate and for some ppl the BOV, but I think the ebay can do the job.

You will need to cut and reweld the downpipe I'm 90% sure of this. I hope your intercooler kit was designed to have the turbo on this side! I also hope that you can keep PS with it.

Get cheap injectors, you don't need over 450cc.

Like i said the parts where given to me....

yeah idk why i've posted 2 pics and now there gone?

Seems like you got some nice parts for free man.

Don't be a pansy, B18B can handle more than 7-8 and easily be reliable. People have ran 15psi daily set ups, and I say if your motor checks out in good condition go for it.

Just get a reliable tuner to work with you, read pgmfi.org, read here, read read read and read.

If you switch to some cheap slim fan and overheat, there is a much higher chance of the sleeves heating up too far & cracking. SPAL fan or stock -- nothing else, just FYI.

Make sure you run a restrictor in the feed line, ~.060" is good. The return line looks a bit small and too long. Chances are you'll have to bend it to fit the spot you choose, which will cause oil to back up or puddle - very bad situation for the turbo's seals.

Regardless of getting a VAFC+bypass for free, you can still sell them & get a decent street tune instead. Its like getting a pink louis vuitton luggage set when you're thinking about traveling - you wouldn't keep them, you'd flip them for a profit & get manly shit. Getting a wideband + display would also be a good idea, at least for the future if something decides to crap out on you enough to change the tune.

Are you drunk and getting me confused with one of your late night Beachhouse chats with Backwards?
