Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour; South Bend, Indiana
« on: June 23, 2009, 07:21:04 AM »

Finally able to get my pictures from the Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour online and share them. Good time. My first real car show I have been able to get to for quite some time. They had expected 4000 cars, and no doubt in my mind there were 4000 cars in the area, but a nasty storm deterred a lot of people from the show. Still, a good number of cars but not 4000 as I expected. One thing I was happy to see that has changed over the years, is suspension and braking on older muscle cars. TONS of old cars with big 4 or 6 pot calipers, and half way decent coil-over suspension. This was also my daughters first car show. Pretty bad ass for her first car show to be put on my hot rod magazine, in our home town.

Yes it is.

Loki did you get your licence back or something? You have hardly been around here.

My drinking has been getting in the way of my internet posting  :-\ plus I've just been being lazy and not coming onto the site all the time.

Cool. Glad you were able to share them with your son. I had a great time taking my daughter to her first car show.
