You can sub a lot of things in basically whatever you have in the fridge
IngredientsRice- Day old rice is better than Fresh rice
Green onions
Onion
Pork Roll/Chinese sausage/- Can use Spam, Shrimp, Anything type of meat
Eggs
Soy Sauce
Fish sauce- Optional
First chop all your shit
Then, Lets Start frying the Pork Roll, Chinese sausage
Remove when done
Let them Char up a bit
Lets make some scramble eggs
Add some fish sauce to the eggs (OR SALT)
Remove when done
Let’s start frying the Rice, Add little Oil then add Rice
Start breaking down the rice and stir-fry then ADD onions
After a few mins Add Soy sauce
For flavor and break down the rice chunks
Add slowly do not put too much where the rice becomes soggy
After another few mins ADD EGGS/Chinese sausage/pork roll ECT
Then after another few mins ADD Green onion to the center and then cover it with some rice
Wait 1 Min, Then Start Stirring the rice around for another min.
DONE ADD PEPER
Then ADD Whatever Shit u want I added a spoon of Satay (chili oil paste)
