my 2 cents? Valve cover will look goofy sittin around rusty ass bolts n brackets. Im not saying go all out and get like chrome caps for the bolts n shit, just saying a wirewheel is your friend. Dont half ass it

the motor i bought...Spun Bearing, we are 30 min from finish just about to switch out oil pans and what do we find, a oil pan full of metal shavings and copper. FML now im really broke, im debating life at this point

wont return calls and when i first called i asked for brian and he said nope not me wrong number bye, but it was clearly him and he hung up, so we called from a different number and hasnt picked up all day, he deleted his postings and shit so we cant find any info on him all we got is a prolly fake signature on this BOS, so fake name essentially, a cell number and my half ass rememberence of his license plate and what kind of car he had, and were ever he claims he lives

I mean mic the rods and shit get you a new crank and bearings and go.

It cost me like 230 for all that for a D, you got an LS it cant be that much more. I would be willing to bet the cost difference between gettign a D in there Vs new crank and rods for what you have is not a whole lot at all.

Fuck it, use this as an oppertunity to toss some fresh pistons n rings in there, that way you dont toss it back together with 200K mile ringlands and promtly fuck yoruself again first time it sees 12 pounds.
