Heres the house project:

BEFORE

last week

work flat rate from 8:00-5:00, work on the house till 9:00 and then go to bed with my 1.5 year old daughter, get 1/2 a nights sleep or less and back at it again

I have a real contractor who specilizes in this kind of work but he only works on it when I do, he also has a full time carpentor job. I work with his son (he is a flat rate tech also) and he also helps me every day.

I live with three women, my wife and two daughters. I'm out numbered and out of hidding spots.

2nd floor goes on next week and the foundation for the second part gets poured.

houses here are expensive, its aprazed at 380,000 but usally a guy gets more then that for them, thats before the work.

I live well within my means, I dont have much dept compared to my assets but I've been doing this shit for a long time. I feel sorry for people just starting out now a days.

For some reason the south just gets a bad rap. I have seen just as mean retards from the north (and yes that annoying as yankee accent is just as annoying as a rednecks southern draw) and way more shit holes up there. That isn't even an expensive part of Canada.

I have a 1/4 of the lot 1/2 the house, and tax assessment was 411,000. Fucking rig monkeys driving the price of everything way the fuck out there. At least I am not in Ft. Mac where you can buy a trailer for $550,000.
