started riding a bike 5 miles a day for a week only.

then 10 a day for another... NO soda (ouch) no sugar no candy light pasta, no white bread rice etc., ocasional whole grain bread only (open facxe snadwiches)... romain lettuce, chicken, low fat turkey and steak....

NO energy drinks, did a total cleans (herbal colon cleanser) and been riding the bake 4 times a week 10 miles a day and going to the gym doing resistance shit (weights and machines) and elli-ptical for a half hour after that.

Results are proving quick.

Looked good in the tux for DRQPQUTS wedding, had to go have it refitted since i lost all the weight since the original fitting...

I need to do something to shed some fat. Im not that over wieght (6 foot at 180 lbs) but i wanna get rid of this gut. I work out but i just dont wanna change my diet so Im stuck. Ive gained muscel mass but kept the belly $:-\$ .

Pretty much anything that drops your core temperature is gonna work, because your body increases metabolism to bring core temp back into balance. Water just has no calories
