I'm just giving my experience with the car, I thought that's what you were asking.

The wife makes 3-4 times what I make, and shes driving it, she can buy what she wants

yeah I know I was just fucking with you.  I've picked up a 2nd job in an attempt to earn ~2/3 what the wife makes.

still no bites on the subaru. gonna throw it on h-t today

The b20b motors manifolds are just horrible. Hence why flywheel power is mid 120's. Throw that motor in a civic with a ls manifold,ls throttle body and a cheapo header and you get mid 140's whp.

Really you can make big power gains for like a 100 bucks in used parts.

Yeah you gain power but where does the torque go?

I have wanted a 1st gen CR-V for a while now.  Kind of wish I would have saved up a little longer and got one instead of another fucking Civik.

Mreh.

AWD, 5 speed, dropped a little with a mild turbo setup would be lots of fun IMO.

You should go a little milder on the kit and a little more aggressive on the wing. And some bigger wheels to. So you can put the power to the ground :P

I like the way you think.  That ricer doesnt even have a wing on his ride.  Bet that fool starts to lift up at 180mph or so.  I'm all about grip street racing dog.

i assume you mean manual tranny? pretty sure there is nothing connecting then awd or trans to the ECU... autos have shift soleniods and pressure switches...

also on the 02+ CRV's... O2 sensors = 350bucks!.... starter? lol $752. O2 sensors are pretty common. and we have been seeing some starter, we stock one now. and there is no reman, just new, from Japan lol...

Yup, manual.  Ok I feel better.  HOLY DOG SHIT $350?  If it's a NB, wouldnt a $45 universal work fine? Or is it a WB?  I think if my starter went out, Id hook up a pull start with compression release.

Oh yeah, just like a small diesel. Shit, next time I crawl under a CRV to steal the cat I'm graabbing the starter too.
