so i heard you talking about the dogfish 120 and craft beers in a thread not too long ago and when i went to the store today i remembered to look for it.  of course i didnt find it but they had a 4 pack of the sam adams Imperial series.  Says Imperial white on it, 10.3 abv.  Have you tried this? it says ale on it but ive never had an ale with a taste or finish anything close to this lol.  Im sorta still deciding if i like it, but deff dont like it enough to do 8.50 for a 4 pack again lol.

Lots of good flavors, awesome finish but i think it needs to grow on me or something.  Just wondering if you liked it and if it was close to the dogfish 120.

never had it, but as far as the larger american mass produced beers, Sam Adams has some good stuff.  If I can't find a good microbrew to my taste, Sammy is my fall back
