It's worth like 7K, not 12... Some miata people think their shit is worth a million bucks. I know a guy who had 40K in a 99' miata anniversary edition (super fuking rare), 27K miles, pristine car, 1 owner, and he put it for 12K and it sat on the market for months till someone finally offered him 10K and he took it. That was before the bubble pop'd too.

cd /var/www/chat
mkdir ./data
chmod 777 ./data
