Hi joined about a month ago, got chirped the other day to do one. I'm a Canadian. Just boosted a buddies d16y7(did y8 intake swap), but me I'm from the realm of turds, Saturns that is. My first boosted car was a 1994 saturn sl1 which i dohc swapped and ran an AirReasearch turbo out of a truck on and used a hks sic on. Spool was absolute garbage but for for a car meant to get me to school back in grade 11 it was fine(2kms) it was an auto and died several years ago. I started commuting to college with a garage stored 02 sc2 and last spring I bought an 01 sc2m which i bought to boost. I also have a '96 Miata which will eventually be boosted. I came to this site to learn and to view a lot of homemade stuff. Seeing both gansta homemade and professional looking stuff has made me stay.

Thanks to this site I learned about WierTech.

I look forward to posting a build thread of my turd in the near future.

My main problem with saturn: Their cars are FUCKING UGLY. Always have been, always will be. I don't care if the thing runs 8's in the 1/4 riding a wheelie the whole way, I'd rather drive a stock 3 cyl geo metro any day of the week. OK, that might be an exaggeration, but they have to be the ugliest cars ever sold.

Yet, the Solstice ultimately fails in the styling department. I definitely like the Sky better.

I had a 94 saturn sl2 as a daily and it wasn't all that bad I have to say, other than it being almost purple.
