so here it is guys......one big cardiac arrest!!!!!! 1 LBS of your favorite bacon weave it together then put 1LBS of your favorite itailian sausage smash it down and sprinkle with spices then sprinkle another 1LBS of cooked bacon roll into one big ass log sprinkle with seasoning and bbq sauce put in smoker untill it reaches internal temp of 150 pull out and enjoy with friends and beer

Man, I can't eat bacon like I used to as the grease just makes me ill. I still crave it like no other, though... the first 4-5 nites of that would be fucking heaven, after that I'd have to put my head between my knees and breathe deeply.

I also get acid reflux if I eat some things. It's looking like being mid-30s sucks in some respect, guys. Make sure you eat bacon and drink to excess while you still can.

actually after 3hrs in the smoker the grease is minimal

Bacon makes everything better...

I always lay cooked bacon on a doubled paper towel after cooking to absorb most of the grease instead of it soaking back in.

True. Neighbors smoked a Boston butt roast this weekend for ~7 hours, it was great and pretty lean after smoking for a while.

Man, I have really been wanting to make another one of these. Mine was small, it was only for me. In the first picture, it lacks the bbq rub I sprinkled on top. I made scrambled eggs with mine, put some syrup on it, and man was it super tasty.

JD, you smoke the crap out of it, and there is very little grease in the thing.

Recipe: Spicy Bloody Pig

ice
1 shot (1.5 oz.) bacon-infused vodka (see instructions below)
2 tsp. Great Chicago Fire Steak Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
tomato juice OR bloody Mary mix
"Everything's Better With Bacon" Salt
1 whole jalapeno pepper OR 1 rib celery with leaves

~ Fill a pint glass with ice.
~ Pour bacon vodka into glass, then add Great Chicago Fire Steak Seasoning and Celery Salt.
~ Fill glass within 1" of the top with tomato juice.
~ Pour the Bloody Pig into another glass; set aside.
~ Moisten the rim of the empty pint glass with a lime wedge or water. Shake a bit of "...Bacon" Salt onto a plate. Press (but don't twist or rub) the rim of the glass onto the seasoning.
~ Carefully pour the Bloody Pig back into the pint glass.
~ Garnish the drink with a whole jalapeno pepper over the rim of the glass or a rib of celery in the glass.

How to Make Bacon-Infused Vodka: Fry 1 pound of bacon until crisp. Set aside cooked bacon strips (bonus left-overs). Strain bacon grease into a seal able container. Pour a bottle of vodka into the container with bacon grease. Cover and chill for 1 week. With a spoon, carefully scoop bacon grease off of the top of the vodka and discard. Store bacon vodka in the refrigerator or freezer.

This picture was taken with my old camera. Not my old old camera but my now "secondary camera"...

but to answer your question, my camera is with me pretty much anytime I go anywhere other than work.
