Circuitworx/Prodrive fail just as often as the OEM gear fails.  The problem is the crank flexing under power and ramming the gear against the housing, not what the gear is made of.
Oh that's just ridiculous. Super fancy strong diamond hard steel oil pump gears in an aluminum housing solves the problem, ask any miata fanboi.

all he will have to do to verify it is run the car at the track.  it should trap over 140mph easyy with 700whp

I would think even higher than that really.  He may not even track it when he discovers it isn't doing what he wants it to.

apparently he already has dyno video of the car, and other video as well going off his post on the CB7 forum.  i dont think he would have started all these threads if he didnt have something to brag about all day.

chances are the manifold is gonna fall apart before it hits the 700whp dynapack calibrated number because he has a heavy ass t4 turbo and a big wastegate hanging off an entirely unbraced 16ga manifold.

My thought exactly in an earlier issue of Super Street he was saying 650bhp was his goal and now its 700bhp.

Doesn't say D16z6 on block?

His adj. oil cap is not on there.

Pipe for the wg look like it is not in the correct place.

Plus when the wg opens it only bleeds of exhaust energy from 2 runners

Looks like only two arms holding it on there now that you mention it.  Kind of scary.

Go!

Only thing i can think of is the creepgate, and the sweet o2 sensors right in front of each other and 8" off the turbo.

Would having the O2 sensor off off the turbine housing but before the wg pipe meet back with the exhaust give you messed up AFR at idea or no boost situations?

I'm not excited about how close the o2 sensors are to the turbo. Innovate says 18" in their manual. 700whp is going to make those sensors pretty hot.

Yeah. Not only that, but with them being that close to the engine, they're going to affect the exhaust stream exiting the turbine, and cause more backpressure vs. running the sensors further away where they would not significantly affect the flow from the turbine. That said, my Innovate WB is more like 30" from the turbine.

Looks like 2" and 5" respectively to my eyes, but yup that was it.

You are supposed to place wideband sensors a minimum of ten exhaust diameters downstream, which is 30+ inches from the turbine exit.  The more those sensors are overheated the leaner they will read.

Um, if its an oxygen sensor shouldn't it be on the intake side?

The concern is overheating the sensor.  There isn't really a too far as the sensor heats itself... under any real load the exhaust is travelling really quickly so lag in exhaust getting to the sensor is a non-issue.
