I never did end up using that mount (I think its in a box of shit in the garage) or intercooler setup..... It just wanst workable at the end of the day. It ended up like this.....

The inlet/outlet on that fucker was the bain of my existance... it didnt want to fit good on ANYTHING.

Notice the 5th fuel injector tapped into the intake manifold then onto the fuel filter bleeder, it was boost activated using an adjustable pressure switch from an old saab to activate 5th injector. also my ghetto hack job hf manifold with a flange from the saab i got the turbo from stick welded to the hf manifold, adaptor plates were not out yet. halfass starion intercooler you cant see but it was mostly held together with jb weld since i had to reposition the in/outlets.

This fucker ran its ass off until a fucking JAG stole my shit.

I just had great luck at the junkyard that day

, if i remember right i found it on the ground in the yard laying near a chrysler.

i was piss poor and couldnt afford shit. i experimented with 5th injector(saab cold start injector) from the saab and volvo's and water injection but then i came across the adjustable boost sensor and some fittings to tape into the fuel filter. after that it ran its ass off, instead of having to grenade engines weekly it lasted a good 6-7 months on 10psi. i had more spare d-series blocks then i could ever use though. only 50 bucks at the you pull it yard. the most expensive part of the car was the oil cap and vtec cover lol. made due until uberdata and VAFC hack came about.

Well, there was my D16A1 in an 88 hatch with vac advance

I then finsehd it off with a sweet replica JDM Mugen Exhaust!

Then there was the sweet ram air style cold intake with Blow off valve

How about my first downpipe?

I was using the internal gate from a .48/.60 T-bird T3 so I had to cut the cast exhaust housing in half and weld my pipe on. Where I cut the housing is not even close to circular, here is a pic of the pipe kinda tacked up. I went to the local exhaust shop and called 5 "custom" welders in my area and none said they could weld cast to mild steel. What a bunch of pussies. Keep in mind this is my first time welding and I'm using a crappy fluxcore welder

I flattened out some spare exhaust pipe and made 2 pieces to fill in the gap on each side. Here are the finished pics (minus the O2 bung)

I know it looks like crap but it's all sealed up
