been sick as fuck for the past 10 days or so. Wife went on and on about getting a Neti-pot. I was pretty fucking miserable so I gave in and got one about 4-5 days ago. In short, it's the shit. Gets all that snot out of your sinuses.

If you are sick, get one. Sometimes it takes a good 15 minutes or so to totally get cleared out but once you do it's so worth it.

yah shit does work but u can use any kinda of mini pot if u wana do it a RHMT way use a funnel no bullshit and just mix some salt and water and go at it let it run out the other nostril and do it the other way 3 times each and you are set

I got one of the ones where you blast the water into your nose, rather than pour through it.

It works pretty good, need to use it twice a day or so to keep my sinuses clear when I'm sick.

i use mine all the time. Dont be a pussy tho. Put a few drops of hot sauce in with the salt.

I usually just drink half a bottle of robitussin and take 6-12 benedryl. Doesn't help with anything, but you wont remember you were sick.

I had never heard about it until a few months ago, saw some story online about it. Seems like a very weird concept at first and isn't very commonly found in American society as it is in others. Just seems like a good idea though once you get over the weirdness.
