the problem people have is that when you kill someone on a controller, you never even hit the target 80% of the time. its a combination of 75% auto aim & 25% giant oversized hit boxes that are invisible. joysticks are innacurate as flying fuck even for good players. more often than not youll see the killing blow in COD/high damage shooters wasnt even on the target (or where the target would be with a low amount of lag)

in COD the weapons ARE NOT HIT SCAN on the client box like many people think. you have to lead them for lag just like you would a rocket in quake (just not nearly as much)

dedicated servers wouldn't help. you can host your own dedicated server in UT3 if you want. plus, youd never see dedicated servers on a console. there are too many gamers to afford hosting 2% of the players.

i check the scoreboard entering the match to see whos hosting in COD, and check it every death/few min to keep track of lag and how the games going.

Have you tried turning auto aim off and using a controller? Now that crap sucks lol Auto aim is bad, can be aiming and not even moving the left stick and a guy runs by and it tracks him a good few inches of screen space.

The average video bitrate is 20mbps and up. Saying you're REcompressing h.264 video to 1/4th the original size at best with a single pass and keeping it "transparent" with a severely outdated build of x264.exe

AAC also sounds like garbage
