Not bad, but I'm not big into people that refer to themselves in the 3rd person, that and he dances around to much. Funny enough to watch on the internet for free, not funny enough to pay money to see.

It's mostly satire, he's just making fun of no talent comedians (Dane Cook,etc.). This is the character he plays in the new movie Funny People.
