i asked this because the last 2 builds i did have oil consumption..both used 10W40...spark plugs clean, not smoke...one i will check pvc valve but it's really weird..what do you think?

Did you break them in like a pussy or like a rockstar fucking a pussy? Oil consumption means you didn't seat the rings yet or you washed them down by running pig-rich for a few dozen miles. Pig-rich = fuel dripping out of the exhaust.

That's good that you use oem maps, but you really need to go our and drive it kinda hard. Start off a little soft  and then start working your way up the rpm range and then leave it in gear and let it decelerate back down to 3k. Then take it back up to 5k rpms and then let it decelerate back down to 3k. Do that and work your way up to redline. Rings will seat really well that way. You only have about 20 min it's from the time you start the motor with fresh rings. After that chances of getting a great ring seat diminishes.
