New headlight assemblies.

I can actually see now. The other ones were pointed at the ground with shitty bulbs.

The adjusters were stripped lol

I started buying turbo stuff. Going to take a little bit ti do project since I don't feel like buying shit until I know exactly what I need, like clamps and couplers and other shit.

I bought so far:
Gt45 t4 turbo
Tial style 50mm bov
2 bolt style 30mm wastegate
Pre made t4 flange with dual inlets
A t4 adapter with a 2 bolt style wastegate port already built into it.
Low profile carb hat
39lb 4 hole injectors. Stock at 19lb I believe
Uego wide band
Autometer boost and oil temp gauge

Nice!

I got the old blue Chicago flux-core welder from Daspoop. Converted it to a true dc welder with jumbo diodes and capacitors using a write off of YouTube and a welder forum. Welds a bit better, one the best things I use was miller or blue demon wire instead of HF wire.

Buddy gave me his chop saw, so another free-fity for me. Weld mostly exhaust and make brackets.

About to experiment with stainless flux wire with the ole' HF soon.

i saw a youtube video of a build and the guy made a brilliant crossover, which i'm considering even though i already bought shit for the way i was going to do it.

he basically left the exhaust manifolds totally how the are, and removed the stock exhaust crossover behind the engine, made his own crossover that went straight into the exit of the passenger side manifold, then cut a hole in the front of the passenger exhaust manifold and welded a flange onto the manifold right there. amazing never thought of that

I've worked in tighter areas, just careful with open flames and weld/grinding splatter.  :noel:

For instance I use a chop saw with a welding blanket to catch all the hot shards, just outside the garage.  :noel:

I tried a bunch of routes and this is the best I could come up with.

No room unless I gut the ac and cruise control doing it the traditional way with crossover in front under the balancer. Turbo is just too big.

I should be able to keep the ac just front bending the tubes some

I had to change it a little bit and put the wastegate somewhere else but it's coming together

I ❤️ flux core lol

Waiting for my crossover vbands to arrive. Should be tomorrow.

There was a already broken off bolt in the passenger exhaust in the head. I tries to drill and easy out it but no luck. Lol just gping to put it back on with that one missing it wasn't leaking and I bought good gaskets.

I'm trying to fit the intercooler in the bumper looks like I might be able to. I'm hacoj g this one up but I'll cut up new one nice. I already cut something I didn't need to

the intercooler is not fitting LOLOL.

the bumper is hacked to fuck. oh well. it won't be a sleeper. i'm going to weld a new piece of sheet metal on top. i didn't need to cut that piece out... i ordered a new bumper so i'll try to cut that one up "better"   :mexi:

intercooler is a tough fit, i have an idea to use a DIY front lip to reconnect the sides of the bumper

I clocked the turbo and figured out the oil drain I needed to buy a different fitting so it waiting for that to come.

Maybe tomorrow if I'm feeling it ill try to tackle the rear main seal and the oil drain into the pan

In the middle of doing the rear main seal right now. Just had to take a shit

Looks like I don't have to lift the motor at all.

Thanks goodness the trans can stay on. If it had to come off I'd just leave the bitch
