My car has been stolen so I had to buy a new car. I bought a Integra, my third.
It was suppose to be a 90, but after some research I found the car is a 92 or 93.
I found it when I looked at the ECU. It is a PR4-A11 which is a OBD1 (92-93), bumper are 92-93 and everything look like 92-93. 2+2=4 so the car is not a 90. But the serial number is a LS 90.
Here are some pics of it. The car will see boost in May, I hope. I paid 1800$ for it.

Look's good, seems like the engine bay needs a bath.
-
first of g2 = my favorite, i miss mine
2nd, if vin says its a 90, its a 90 you buttplug
check for all the little engine differences obd0vs1, but bumpers/ecu etc all swap in minutes and the obd1 stuff is better
how much you pay
-
you can clearly see the obd1 grey plugs on the driver side strut tower.

Reading owned you ;) j/k
-
what does the title say the year of the car is?

You might make sure the vin on the tittle, firewall, and on dash all match. Just a thought.
-
D-RAIL is a great commentor
Just my thought
-
All the vins match and are for a 1990. I'm sure the dash has been removed, but maybe it was only to put the OBD1 wires into it. Anyway... At least the job has been well done.
Only thing on the car that needs to be changed very soon (like now) is the oil pan that leaks like a motherfucker and the windshield is cracked. The pan is rusted the fuck out.
Since I have a another teg, I only have to swap pieces I need...
-
It's a lot nicer than your last one. That's weird that it looks like a 92/93, is obd-1 but is registered as a 90 and has the 90/91 cluster. It was probably stolen and vin swapped.
-
i bet its a vin swap. its got all the plugs and bumpers of a 92-93. id like to reiterate my past comment of everything in queerbec being festering with aids. u can add that car to the list.

canada has trailers?
Hey we had to let them invent something.
All the vins match and are for a 1990.
Even the firewall? If so, I'd say someone did a LOT of work for a obd1 teg if it is a VIN swap. How ironic would it be though, buying a stolen car (by accident) to replace your stolen car. :-X

It would be fucking ironic LOL and :-\
Like I said, every VIN are 90. I don't know what to think about it. What can I do anyway...
My father made the trailer btw.
-
what happened to the crx shell someone mentioned before? thought you were gonna go with that?
-
Good buy. That engine bay needs some major love though. Or fuck it. Whichever.

I'm compulsive, when I want something I want it now, not in 3 weeks.
I saw it I loved it, I bought it.

Then engine bay is fucking clean! Only non good looking is the valve cover. There is no dirt on any wire, plugs are clean as hell. Far far far far cleaner than my old crap.

canada has trailers?
they are a national treasure, in my province anyway.

You from Nova Scotia?

The engine bay is clean because the oil is there:

Leaking oil pan.
-
lol, good place to keep your oil :P
It seems kind of expensive, but nice car... I love 2nd gen integras.
-
Don't forget that I live in a place where CRX are 6000$ stock for a 88 with little bit of rust ;)
It comes with 2 sets of wheel, but I have to call the guy about them to pick them up.
Second gen teg are sex.

thats why people steal them.
and re-vin them
-
check the stamp on the head...
really look like it's been re-vin
-
Pretty clean shell. Engine bay could be cleaned and maybe repaint the valve cover, even though the ways of hmt are to leave it looking shitty. Love the body style of those cars. For sure a vehicle i will add to the collection.

If he swaped the motor, stamp on the head prove nothing no? Maybe the guy had an OK looking 90 and an accidented 92 and he swaped everything on the 90. I would do that too if I was in the same situation.
The only think I can see that proves this is a 92 is the screw that hold the bumper, they are always rusted and impossible to remove. If they are old its a 92 :-\

The only thing wrong with this engine bay is a n/a motor.
Body is not original, has been body worked and repainted.
I can't wait to see it with my gsr blade wheels 8)
-
I don't know, one of the screws looks new and the other looks old. (https://realhomemadeturbo.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.realhomemadeturbo.com%2Fforum%2FSmileys%2Fclassic%2Frolleyes.gif&hash=5805137b67db00abde932177bc58b11cc93be8c2)

That logic is retarded. If he swapped it he wouldn't swap the whole harness. Does it have the brace that goes from the front crossmember underneath the motor to the steering rack area? If it's not stolen then a guy had a 92 that was written off and was not insurable under that VIN so he found a shitty or written off 90 that was considered repairable by the insurance company and swapped the VIN from that onto the 92.

If you get me the VIN of the car I can look it up on the UCDA site for you. A little more indepth then the MTO used car pkg.

Are you Canadian? Because it is a Canadian car.
