Things That I Need Checklist.
Intake Manifold picked up a 1st gen skunk2
Turbo Manifold PFab Manifold Log
Turbo
Intercooler, bov and Piping Ebay setup was on a DA
3in Down Pipe 5 bolt was also on the DA that went with the turbo setup
Mac Solenoid
Map Sensor
Injectors RC550s.. got these shortly after i got the car...

I was going to wait to start this till i had most of my shit together, but I will make one now. Car is a 94 CX hatch with a JDM GSR swap and JRSC(BIG FAIL). I figured i would stripped the exterior down and then auto-x the car for fun. But the JRSC isnt enough for me anymore and I dont want to auto-x this car. So going turbo.

Then with the snow we got this year, i ripped the front bumper off. So then the car looked like this.

Went to my friends garage and we were bored so this happened one weekend. Painted the DS camo then later that day just straight Khaki.

A week later we finished the car. Its my $80 paint job. All spray paint!! Could have been probably 40-50 if I didnt use the Kyrlon $7/can spray paint.

First gen S2 IM on a GSR is a form of failure, that's an ITR plenum/runner clone with a GSR flange and shit doesn't work like that on that manifold.
Get one of the AEBS/Pro Products units, they at least have the angle of entry into the head correct.

i was just offered a ebay turbo kit for a sohc for my CF hood. I think I may jump on this.

The fit is pretty good when it had the body kit on. What i failed to notice was that the car was hit in the front previously. And not fixed properly. The had brackets holding the front bumper to align it and the holes in the fenders were made larger to adjust them.
Total fail on me.

searched on here and have been looking at some of the catch cans. Most didnt have a drain. I was also looking at the Z10 one and there plug that eliminates the black box. But im a cheap nog.
Contemplating trying to do something like the Z10 one. Which would be easy to do, while swapping the JRSC for a intake manifold.
i need to do more research.
Also what do you guys think about venting the valve cover with a tube under the car?

Picking up a HX35W on Sunday hopefully. Should be buying a intake manifold gasket and tb gasket tomorrow if I get up early enough.
$40 for the hole slut needs some work, but i think it will be worth it.
gpop or ebay for the rebuild kit is what im debating.

Damn.... dont really feel like updating this right now. But good news. As of Oct. 31st I should be going back to work. I cant wait. Dont know what shift it is, but i do know it will be taking as much overtime from people as I can. That will totally speed up the rebuild of my hatch. If its the position I think it is, its going to be paying more than $20/hr. If thats the case I will be looking into a new turbo manifold, possibly 3in piping on the cold side, new bov, and some love for the head. Springs/retainers and some cams.

Turbo still isn't on but hope to change that this weekend. I bought a ebay turbo, sold it and bought a used SC61, found out the SC61 was garbage, now have a new SC6262SP with .82 AR vband. Ordered a atp flange that allows for a 3" pipe to be slip on(should be here thursday).
Other things installed: dual core aluminum rad, slim fan, bosch 044. All intercooler piping is 2.5" also wastegate is at around 11-12psi so should be fun once everything goes on. Still debating raising the boost since its my DD, stock jdm b18c... so 10.6:1 compression w/ arphead studs. E85 all day and I know I won't be running out of fuel.

I'm a sucky driver...best time borrowing a friends slicks was 12.8 @ 114. The 60' was a 2.1.

Installed new intercooler and went to get retuned. Drove the car to the dyno and on the lift. When I started the car to pull it on the dyno heard a tapping/knocking noise. Turned off car and we pulled the head to see if I bent a valve... Car bent a rod.

drained the oil and pulled the oil pan off to find some little pieces of metal. Go the block up on a engine stand by myself with flywheel and alternator still on it.

Car has been sitting like this now for 3 months. July wasnt a good month for me. Car bent the rod and then a week later got laid off.
I have picked up another GSR block that was recently bored to 81.5mm and never used, gsr crank, and also some used eagle rods. So slowly the car is being rebuilt while im unemployed. Also got some ACL gsr bearings.
In the next week or two hoping to have the headgasket, new water pump, and misc. seals.
Starting work on 10/31 cant wait.

I wired tuck my crx harness years ago, first and last time! I did it more to clean up the harness that was falling apart at the time, but damn it such a pain!

Like I said, go bare-bones, get it boosting, then upgrade. A turbo in your hand is worth 2 in the bush.
If I went bare-bones (and was at square 1) I'd go F22a + dsm mani/turbo + QSD adapter (uses all b-series crap beyond F/W).
Then I'd talk to HiProfile about getting a hookup on his 725cc or 900cc injectors. ;)
