Post by: onlyflash944 on July 12, 2010, 03:41:13 PM
So just bought car number 'i can't remember what one we are on' and it needs new seals put in the p/s rack where the rod ends are.  anyone ever done this and can say how hard it is?  has anyone used these guys for parts?  http://www.pskits.com/catalog/-c-21.html?osCsid=9f0f8f06cde965127ed0c490c6b9c771 (http://www.pskits.com/catalog/-c-21.html?osCsid=9f0f8f06cde965127ed0c490c6b9c771)

Rebuilding a steering rack is pretty easy. Self explanatory once its in your hands and you're taking it apart.

Not hard at all, and complete rebuilt units are pretty cheap too if you don't wanna mess with it.
