No it does not look like this.

I agree. I'm thinking about sc or turboing this motor, but I'm sick of spending money on cars. lol

Thanks, it's a...

Negative! I'll never run bisi anything even a copy of it.

I wish it was an SMSP.

Header is actually Skunk2's new alpha series header.  Funk2 blah blah blah, turns out it's actually a nice header and affordable too!  I'd recommend it!  Clears a/c and p/s too!  I don't know what it retails for though cause I got hooked up on it  :noel:

I'll have to take pics of my engine bay someday.  I'm surprised after having this motor in the car this long, I never took a bay shot.

Do like I do and stay with the same series of motor like that you can reuse all the parts and spend no money to build your next car ;)

Rock S/C.   Guy i work with has a little jackson kit on his 1.6 eg and it's quick for what it is.  IIRC he said 8 pound pulley.   I'll ask some more info if i catch him during shift change tomorrow.

Just get a random m90 or something off ebay and make it work.   You dont have to spend anything you dont want to if you're patient and dont give a fuck.

lol.  Sadly I do do that.  I still end up spending a buttload.   ???  It always those other might as well parts that kill me.

how did you know?  I keep it in the trunk.

hahaha I probably will never boost.  I've gone through piecing a few turbo kits together, but never using it so sold them.  Even a couple motors designated for boost and never did it.  I think I'm just getting old. :(

Believe me I have been entertaining a supercharger for quite some time.  Problem is the head I have, it's a stock port ITR head with skunk2 valvetrain and stage 1 cams.  When we dyno'd it, motor was begging for more flow up top.  I think before anything I'll have a head ported and new cams.  Or maybe just new cams and see if that will suffice for me.

Another sad part is, as mentioned earlier, I'm getting old.  I barely even drive the car now.  I don't even know if it's worth dropping more money into it anymore since it's a solid street car.  11.5:1 84mm LS/VTEC with A/C and P/S.  It's fun to drive on the street, but it's just not fast.  Then again I don't even speed anymore and I barely even get into vtec on this thing. :(

But everytime I see a supercharger for sale, I do take a peek.
