Billet trans from TRE Diesel
BD Killer B single
Industrial 90hp injectors
10.3mm CP3
EFI live by Phil at Anarchy
5" pipe
Other misc mods.  Those are the tow wheels/tires.

Wanting to go twins with an S480 and larger injectors.  Trans will handle it.  Who's got a used snal?

I have got an S510 billet 104mm wheel... And some Injectors brand new in the box never run, forgot that we had even bought them.

I have an S480 as well, but it is a rare configuration and I probably want more for it than most are willing to pay. Is an actual JD unit with the JD race cover and a 92mm exhaust wheel on a 1.25 T6 flange.

Also have a couple S476/83/.9 T4 units both need rebuilds.

Only decent pic of the s510 I have.

I don't seem to have any pics of the S480 handy, but if you are serious I can take some.

Also have some 60lpm DDP nozzles.

The big ass Apex injectors seem like they'd be a little too much, same with the giant snail.  Just looking for a driveable 800whp.  Turns out the turbo is a Super B Special, so not sure where to go on the big snail.

The DDP 60lpm injectors, flow checked?  $?

Got a dual CP3 kit?

Also someone mentioned upgrading the fuel rail itself.  Is this a real thing or was it dumb advice?

Christ that's a big goddamn turbo

I have nothing for you. I really want to upgrade my low pressure turbo right now but I need gears first. Then studs. Then turbo.

Got the big ARP studs already.  What gears?

Sorry no Dual cp3 kit, ours was ruined by accident when we were pulling the wiring harness out when we went to the standalone.

No I don't think they have been flowed, they were run maybe once, maybe not at all? (just waiting to hear back on the price) They are just nozzels.

You can never have too big of injectors, it is better to have extra injection rate than stretched to the limit and high egt's. I will make a heck of a deal on the injectors.

That 64mm bd special will do 700whp all on its own. An S480 is a nice size to go with it, or if you have bigger future plans step up to an S588 or a GT5088 or GT5588 (not correct nomenclature for the GT stuff but to lazy to put the correct stuff in)

The S510 was more of a joke, it is a 1400-1500hp turbo. We made 1684whp with a bit of juice with it.

Yes the 6.7 rail and cross over tubes are larger and worth it, we actually run a dual rail setup, but that is a little out of this conversation.

Does the 6.7 rail stuff drop right in?  So I could still run the huge injectors without an issue with the Airdog 165 and 10.3 cp3?

Mines a 6.4 f350 but 3:55's and 37" tires (gay homo) going to 4:10's

The cross tubes drop right in, have to drill a couple holes on the rail tabs and add a couple spacers for the rail, people sell kits for it.

Yup same as running ID1000's on a 300whp car, you just have more injector on reserve, but doesn't effect how it runs at lower power as long as you have a good tune.

DDP nozzles have 20min run time and we would let go for $600

Injectors are brand new still in the box and would let go for $3000 (we paid over 6K for them)

S480 has an unknown amount of run time on it, but is still tight (both axially and radially) but like I said it is a rare config and I wouldn't let it go for less than $1100, which I know is fairly steep for a used cast wheel S480.

Torrey (owner of the race team) is saying that he thinks we did manage to salvage the dual cp3 control box (you would still have to buy a bracket and a cp3, which is the cheap part) he is going to take a look for it. I will let you know.

Any word on the control box?  So all I'd need is a bracket and another (stock?) CP3?

Had some hooligan fun today with a buddy of mine.

He's onsite this week, so hasn't looked. I think he comes home Monday I will bug him again then.

Bump.  And it'd be cool to find a cheapyish compound setup that'll work with the BD Pulse manifold/Turbo :)  Thinking about going with DPS but it's 2800

Torrey never did find the dual cp3 control box, I think that I was probably right and we probably damaged it and threw it out.

Damn.  How far back can I tune those 300% injectors with EFI live?  Thinking about going big single CP3
Title: Re: I'm boosted again

300% injectors are gone. The F1 injectors are maybe a 200% over, and with EFI live, you could turn them down to damn near stock.
