I know a guy who had 40K in a 99' miata anniversary edition (super fuking rare), 27K miles, pristine car, 1 owner, and he put it for 12K and it sat on the market for months till someone finally offered him 10K and he took it. That was before the bubble pop'd too.

Login by SSH and do

cd /var/www/chat
mkdir ./data
chmod 777 ./data

Beachhouse is fixed.
