I only have 2 DVDR DL left and fortunately didn't burn it.

Will need for Forza.

From the comments, it seems to be a pretty badass game.

Make sure you get the MARVEL release.

Jago - the CK3 probe is only needed to extract the key, and I should be able to flash the newest version without CK3 if I already have the key, correct?

Technically the probe is never really needed if you don't mind soldering a tiny bridge between connections. But if you already have the key then you don't have to do any of that.

Post by: Jorsher on October 11, 2009, 11:04:43 PM: The lite-on drives they've been using in the Xbox 360's for at least the last year or two require a couple points to be "jumped" on the disc drive in order for you to extract the key.

You need the key to copy into the hacked firmware that lets you play burned games.

The key is unique for every Xbox and if the disc drive's key doesn't match the motherboard's key, it's trash.

Where do you get your information?

I don't see MS making it easier to flash them. They've continued to make it more difficult.

xbox360iso.com has a ton of info about it, and also i just bought a new elite a couple of months ago and it has the new drive in it that I flashed.

just google lite-on 83850c and you will see.
