My second choice.

Both of these are free and online. You do not have to download anything. I have been getting a ton of spam and viruses lately so everyone registered here should just go ahead and run the first one. I use McAfee and it does not always pick up on certain signatures.

scanning now.. this is nice too because I download my sites manually to back them up so this checks them as well.
