Both of these are free and online. You do not have to download anything. I have been getting a ton of spam and viruses lately so everyone registered here should just go ahead and run the first one. I use McAfee and it does not always pick up on certain signatures.

Go to your start menu and open Internet Explorer and copy and paste the first link into that and just read. Its very simple. Everyone needs to do it even if you have a virus scanner.

scanning now.. this is nice too because I download my sites manually to back them up so this checks them as well.
