Need help with ARP head stud specs

I bought some new arp head studs for my gsr, they came with the lube, but no torque specs. Anyone know what the steps and specs are?

finger tight into the head, then actual torque 25ft then 65ft...

Hand tight stud into head then tourqe nuts stock specs I went 5ftlbs over but my preference
