I'd never shoot it.

125 gr JHP full load out of my S&W 686 is enough for me.

yeah because 357 out of a 1 pound gun is the same as 50 cal out of a 5 pound gun.

fucking 357 whips your wrist no matter what, especially out of little snub nose guns. and its loud as fuck.

In a lightweight snubbie, the 357 will transfer more recoil.

I'd rather shoot a 44 mag S&W 629 with a hotly loaded 300 gr than the little 357.

But due to carpal tunnel issues from years ago, even the above 125 gr out my 686 will give me issues after 12 shots.

9.8 grs of blue dot (old style powder) under 158 Win JHP with CCI small pistol primer, 1025 FPS.
