just wondering what you've used before.
i'm building a run of sensors for a vendor over on MR2 boards and i need a quick batch of PCBs made up. i'm too lazy to print/transfer/etch them myself (which i may end up doing if all else fails) and i've been trying to find places online to manufacture them.
futurlec quoted me ~$35 total, but i don't know that i can wait a month to get them. i'd like to have this shit done by the end of may.
PCBcart quoted about $55, and it seems their quality is pretty decent.
any others? these are tiny boards (1.0875"x0.7500") and i need about 15 of them. they're double sided, no need for silkscreen or solder mask since they're going to be potted inside a sensor housing anyway.
i've made a few prototypes using my laser printer and magazine page and transferring the layout to copper clad board with an iron. it works pretty well and is super easy for single-sided boards, but these are 2-sided and a bit more of a bitch.
thanks.
