vtec wiring problem

i know this shit sounds noob as fuck but i got my car running a few weeks ago after i did some extending and lengthening of wires and i had a chipped p06 in there non vtec so it would only rev to 4500-5000 rpm but i think part of it was that it had gay launch control on and idk im im pickin up a speed signal, but my speedo works, last ngiht we installed the vtec kit into the ecu, and took the launch control off and set vtec at 5000 rpm. it then revved passed 5000 no problems and then this morning i was driving to work and then i went to get after it and no vtec and code 21 came on. and burned a transisitor in the ecu, which has all ready been replaced this morning after the light came on.
mostly what im asking is the green plugs on the vtec solenoid run straight to the ecu correct? im going to trace them back and make sure i have them correct and check for conitinuity in the wires.  shits just getting old i've never had this problem, i know the harness took me a while and i did it duringthe night and got tired and drank and may have goofed up a wire. other than that is runs just fine.
the setup is a 87mm f23 h22 vtec dsm 450s on e85 12:1 compression.

The green plug is ground and ECU, and is associated with CEL 22.  It is not your problem.  CEL 21 is a solenoid problem, as in the ECU sees it is absent.  Most likely you forgot D11, or it's backwards, or C60 was installed backwards.

BTW, calling an F/H hybrid a G-series motor is wrong.  I hope you catch G-series cooties and your cams strip out in the head in true G-series fashion.

No.  These are reference to components on the ECU board as you have to add them in order to convert a non-VTAK ECT for use with VTAKLE.

D11 is a diode and must be installed in the proper direction as this is a directional device.

C60 is a capacitor, and IIRC, also happens to be directional.

ecu was a pile of fuck, threw another one in there runs well, slow ,but well.

62mm turbonetics. sleeved 1000cc's blah blah blah.
cars going up for sale soon and im paying off some loans and i will start over..
