Brian You fail for the following reasons:

1)For making this post.
2)For whining like a nancyboy.
3)For not having any kinda of well power.
4)For having to use gym/ other shit to quit
5)For not being able to fix you own red ring problem!

You just fail at life, I think its time to get some rope :noel:

Since I don't live in London in the 1800s its pretty easy to guess I dont run things on water power.

Its not a total fix it just happens again.

I would love to wrap that rope and her around me.

I do fail at life because For the time being I have no running turbo car.

One of the things that helped me quit, was putting off that first cigarette till the last possible moment. Make it a goal to make it to lunch before your first smoke. Then just push it a lil' further and a lil' further. To finally kick the habit take a few days off and go on a vacation. Also if you have friends or coworkers that smoke that'll make it about ten times harder. So when you're down to just a few smokes a day take a vacation and don't smoke at all. Then the key is just not smoking when you see or smell other people doing it. That's really the hardest bit.

i toss in in my cheek and gum.. i quit smoking but i chew, but when i smoke and drink the hangovers are shitty, and you stink. but with chew the hangovers are from beers and i dont stink but my face will be coming off in a few year im guessing..
Thats completely retarded and illogical, smoking while drinking causes a worse hangover, thats like associating JD's knowledge intensifies on a full moon and when he loses more than 10 hairs a day.

one day i just quit cold turkey from smoking a pack every 2 days.

i smoke just to bullshit with my co-workers. now they have their huddle and im not a part of it. sucks when your the only one who doesn't smoke.

haven't looked back since though. i agree it's easy to give up and lose your pair.

although i do admit i smoke hookah every now and then.

I'm on day 4 of not smoking after doing a pack a day for 6 years. I just one night decided I wanted to be healthier and gave away my last cigarettes and haven't smoked one since. I'm around chain smokers all day and I just control my urges. Quit being a pussy. Btw, not smoking increases my appetite which is a good thing since I'm on a 300g protein per day diet regiment.

I switched to electronic cigarettes March 4th.  Still using them but only have a real cigarette once a month or so.  Just RHMT'ed a high voltage cig about an hour ago..

edit: those are 3.7v batteries w/a 5v regulator
