D.C. area trip in June
« on: January 07, 2012, 05:58:33 PM »

Alright I'm planning a trip in the Fairfax/D.C. area for the family the week of 17th of June.

I need what Nogs live in the area so I escape the family for a bit and hang with some of ya.

Renting a mini van for the week so the family can travel in comfort.  ;DDD

Also looking at trying to stretch my money on the plane tickets from Denver to D.C. or if possible from Casper to D.C.  :noel:

Flexible on the dates, so if ya nogs have some good deals for me let me know.

We are looking at buying the tickets in Feb. or late this month, with tax return.

We have a place to stay in Fairfax.

We are also looking at going to Busch Gardens in the Williamsburg area for two days.

So if anybody has a homey hook-up or tricks on saving some cash there let me know.

I know Yuri is in D.C. and I know there is at least one other nog in the area of D.C. or Williamsburg so let me know.  :noel:

Sir, we need to go to Cantlers out that way.

Travelingnog, I'm in Fairfax, as is Yuriy.  Staley Dan is about an hour away.  Let me know when and I'll try to have some guns ready to go and we'll hit a bar or 12 after

New Yawk im guessing?

Im in Bad News but im hoping to make it to the Dyno day honestly. as far as Busch gardens goes bring your wallet, they brew the beer on site literally but it wont stop them from charging you like 8 a bottle or something.  Since i grew up here I have gone hundreds of times, we usually pack a lunch instead of dropping cash on food in the park.

Good idea about the lunch, I'm considering trying the different international foods there. Maybe  :noel:

Dyno Day would be nice around this time, but I can not drive my car out it, if I'm flying out during this time.

I can drive out to the dyno day later, but it may suck for me.

B/c I'd drive out in 26hr hang there for 1day and drive back 26hrs. w/ very little sleep.

I'll need to get my oldest son's driving skills up to par, to make it easier.  :noel:
