long story short, i ran out of gas and buddy brought me gas in a gas tank, but the damned thing had some plastic tip thing and that fell into the gas filler tube. so, now when i pump gas it creates pressure and the fucking thing stops every few seconds 

i pulled the fuel pump as this allows me to see into the tank but i cant reach the fucking filler tube, and ive tried fishing it out, but not for too long...didnt want to get more shit stuck in there. wtf can i do?  its a 350z.

Do you have access to the filler neck from underneath?

Have you look at a shop manual on see how to access the filler neck?


You may have to drain the tank and detach the neck from the tank at the rubber coupler. 

Or if the plastic floats (if you know what kind of plastic) you could fill up the tank and filler untill you can see the plastic and snag it.
Of course the time to fill the tank would be a long time.

if you can get a big screw driver in there, destroy the plastic thing and push it in the tank.  You got the pump filter sock for stuff like that!

i guess thats how the fill tube looks. fucking piece must have gone deep in it, bc i cant see it, and ive tried fishing it out with a hanger and it went in pretty deep

I guess that kinda does make sense.  Gas cans are getting pretty terrible these days.  I bought two the other day, broke one just trying to figure out how the hell this new safety bull shit works.  Then the other one I didn't break spills gas on me when I am trying to use it to start a fire.  WTF IS THIS SHIT?

Yep, I broke the safety ring off mine so if I push it down it stays down.  If I pull it up it stays up.  If I take it anywhere I wrap a rag where the ring used to be and it stays shut.  Woo innovation!
