i know most will say it is stupid. but..... if you have a cnc/lathe/mill/etc... why not do fun and random shit just to do it. i would never pay to have this done.

but i will tell you you can take a little herel little there from a shit load of places and come up with a ton of weight gone.

I was thinking he'd just stick a needle in his arm and bleed off a few pints before a race. That's 2-4 pounds he could save, with practically zero effort, up to 7 if he doesn't mind dizziness, nausia, tunnel vision, and...risk of death.
