In seriousness, check the clutch, oil, and tranny fluid. The clutch is usually fine if it dries, the tranny's vent could have gone below water, same with oil (dipstick). A bit of water drops in an open intake won't usually harm stuff. Cold-air intake can gulp enough to hydro-lcok an engine. The rest of the car will be fine, but in rare cases it can fry some electronics - usually happens while in the water though.
